Changes are deemed effective once being published on the resource. The Client is obliged to terminate cooperation with our company unilaterally in case of disagreement with the updated Agreement terms. Each user is fully responsible for own money once agreed to cooperate with the Company. The current investment type implies high risks and the Client is notified about it. The company's services usage becomes possible once signed up. Registration on the resource is deemed a confirmation of the Client's consent to the current Agreement provisions. The Company does not transfer participants' data to third parties. The Client is entitled to choose appropriate password and login. The user is solely responsibility for own account. The Company is not responsible for the Client’s data or funds loss, if this occurs through the Client’s fault. It is recommended to use complex passwords and logins as well as avoid their disclosure to anyone. The Company is entitled to block the Client, if revealing violation of any of the terms. In such a case, refund is impossible. 4. All financial procedures take place in accordance with the chosen investment rate.
