This user agreement (henceforth, "the Agreement") describes the rules and conditions of using the services provided by ECoinsTrader (Hereinafter referred to as “The Company”), to the registered user ("User"), including but not limited to the access to the User's account and payment operations performed through The Company's website. Using The Company's services, you confirm that you have read all paragraphs of this Agreement, understood their meaning in full and that you accept this Agreement and will abide by it. 1.1. Any natural person who is 18 years old or the age of majority according to the law of the country may create an account with The Company and become a User. 1.2. Users must to use separate email address for each account. 1.3. Only users of The Company may access The Company's service. 1.4. Funds deposited in The Company's service shall earn money at an interest rate which is to be calculated daily. 2.1. The User may invest money via e-currencies. 2.2. The Company does not charge any fees for accepting deposits. 2.3. 2.4. There is no limit to how much money can be invested, and the user may make any number of deposits. 2.5. The total of all deposits made by the User less withdrawals comprises this User's investment portfolio. 2.6. The user may only make deposits through The Company's website. Other methods of depositing money such as money transfer are not permitted. 2.7. The Company reserves the right to refuse any incorrectly made transfer. 3.1. Funds shall begin accruing interest within twenty-four hours of a successful deposit. 3.2 Earnings are deposited to the User's account within The Company's system. 3.3. Depending on the size of the User's investment portfolio, the User may be given a personal coefficient, which affects the daily deposit earnings. The Company reserves the right to determine who shall be given a personal coefficient. 4.1. The Company does not charge fees for withdrawing accrued interest. 4.2.021. 4.3. The User may request to withdraw the earnings at any time. 4.4. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. 5.1. Referral scheme is now available with ECoinsTrader. 5.2. A total of 5 percent within 3 levels (3-1-1) earning for each deposit of funds made by the referrals under the customer is given. 5.3. If the referred person does not pay attention to the use of referral link for promoting the website, the low value of funds credited to the user account will not be the responsibility of ECoinsTrader. 5.4. The terms stipulated regarding the referrals is subject to change at any given time. Customers are requested to check with website for updates before proceeding with the referral program. 6.1. The Company operates in compliance with the law and makes every effort to ensure the quality of services aimed to work in the Users' best interests. 6.2. The Company ensures the safety and security of its website and protects the personal data of its Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 6.3. Third parties participating in The Company's operation are not agents or representatives of The Company, but independent contractors. 6.4. The Company, at its discretion, has the right to allow or prohibit the use of its website and any of its services to a User, without the explanation of reasons. 6.5. The Company provides its services to Users in compliance with the law of the England and Wales. The services rendered by The Company are a private business deal and are not subject to the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the US Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and any other laws, regulations and addenda. The Company is not licensed as a bank or a security company and is not insured by the US Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. 7.1. The Company cannot be held liable for any technical issues that cannot be resolved. 7.2. The Company cannot be held liable for the violation of the terms of this Agreement, which occurs as a result of force majeure. 8.1. All investments entail an element of risk. 8.2. Past earnings do not guarantee future earnings, and the Company does not suggest this is the case. 8.3. The User must clearly understand their personal objectives, take into consideration their past experience and psychological traits. In case of a doubt, the User should seek advice of an independent financial expert. 8.4. The User takes full responsibility for any risks and possible losses caused by force majeure factors. 9.1. This Agreement may be added to or modified by The Company at its sole discretion without prior notice. 9.2. If a User continues using The Company's services after this Agreement is modified, the User therein agrees to all changes.
