These terms are an agreement between you and Cloudly (cloudly.ltd). By opening an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Cloudly. Cloudly lets you buy rigs: cloud mining plans that earn a reward at the rate shown before you buy. A rig's power and daily figures describe the plan you bought, and our platform calculates your earnings from them. Cloudly is not an investment, a savings product or a bank. Nothing on the site is financial advice or a promise of profit. A rig earns only what its plan states, for as long as its term runs. Rewards are paid by the platform, and the service could change or close. Only spend what you can afford to lose. Signing in with an address does not prove that you own it. For that reason, withdrawals are only ever sent to the address or FaucetPay email the account was opened with. Never open an account with an address or email you do not control: anything paid to it is out of our reach. Make sure the address can receive USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). A payout to an address that cannot receive it may be lost for good. Send the exact amount, coin and network shown on the payment page. Funds sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin or to an expired payment address may be lost, and we may not be able to recover them. Earnings collect in your vault. When the vault is full the rig stops adding to it until you claim. Time spent full is not made up later. Rocket Rush, Treasure Grid, the lottery and any other game on the site are games of chance. Results are decided by our servers. Every game has a house edge, so over time players lose more than they win, and you can lose everything you play. Rewards are for real people acting normally. Bots, scripts, paid or fake traffic, self-referrals and extra accounts are not allowed. We may suspend or close an account, and cancel balances obtained improperly, if you break these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. We may also disable accounts that have never made a deposit. Where we can, we will tell you why through Support. You may stop using Cloudly at any time. To ask for your account to be closed, open a Support ticket. Withdraw your Withdrawable balance first: Spendable balance is not paid out on closure. We work to keep Cloudly running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance, change or remove features, or end the service. If we decide to close Cloudly, we will try to give notice on the site first. Cloudly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, payment providers, your own device or wallet, or events outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the balance shown in your account. This policy explains what Cloudly (cloudly.ltd) collects about you, why, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do with it. By using Cloudly you accept it. Your activity: deposits, withdrawals and their transaction details, rigs you buy, claims, game plays and results, rewards, referrals and the Support tickets you write. Technical data: the IP address you opened your account from. When you claim the faucet or submit a bounty we also record the IP address and browser type used for it. Promote & Earn visits: when anyone opens a member's promotion link, we record that visitor's IP address, browser type, the site they came from and the date. This applies even if the visitor has no account. It is how we count real, unique visits and screen out bots. Public lists on the site, such as recent deposits and withdrawals, leaderboards and contest results, show a shortened form of your address or email (for example "Lf3x…9aQ") together with amounts and times. Your full identifier is never shown to other users. FaucetPay and PayKassa process deposits and withdrawals. Browser storage remembers small preferences on your device, such as your preferred sign-in method and notices you have dismissed. It never leaves your device. We keep your data while your account is open. After an account is closed we may keep records of payments, rewards and abuse checks for as long as we need them to settle balances, prevent fraud or meet legal duties. Promote & Earn visit records are kept as long as they are needed to check the payouts they produced. The site is served over HTTPS, and only authorised staff can reach account records. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that data will never be exposed. Payouts only ever go to the identifier on your account, which limits what a stranger could do with it. You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Open a Support ticket to do so. We may keep what we must under section 6, and we cannot delete records from a public blockchain. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Cloudly is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a child has an account, tell us through Support and we will close it.
